A visionary Chairman, Simon leads the strategic development of the group, whilst ensuring robust corporate governance.
Andy co-founded Strategic Team Group in 2000 and has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, from maintenance and refurbishment to design and build projects with values up to £35m. Andy facilitates development and implementation of the Group strategy to ensure that STG remains best in class in a dynamic industry.
As one of STG’s co-founders, Gary has over 30 years' experience in the construction industry leading operational teams on high-value, high-profile schemes in both the private and public sectors. He brings in-depth market understanding and develops strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.
With over 30 years’ experience in the industry Andy specialises in new build residential construction. With a deep understanding of Housing Association and other developers, Andy has a track record in consistently delivering new build housing projects to the highest quality, on time and within budget.
Simon is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years' experience leading finance functions in a range of industrial sectors in the UK and overseas. Simon leads the team to deliver financial and commercial strategies to maximise sustainable enterprise value, and ensure robust financial control and risk management.
Andrew is a dual qualified lawyer and quantity surveyor, and has held positions as a specialist construction and engineering lawyer in leading law firms in the UK, as well as working within industry for main contractors and developers. He acts as STG’s legal counsel, ensuring commercial control and risk management.
Richard joined the business in early 2002 and subsequently progressed through the company from Site Manager to Director of Operations for the North West. He oversees the day-to-day operations of all sites within the region from tender stage to completion, maintaining overall responsibility for quality, cost, safety and project fulfilment.
Jason joined the company in 2001, progressing from joinery to management roles and is currently STG's Director of Operations for tendered works. Jason’s day-to-day role includes the management of new build, refurbishment, conversion and fit-out contracts, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and liaising with clients to understand their objectives.
