You will be responsible for the management of building sites up to a maximum value of £4m and the work will be predominantly social affordable housing/bungalows or flats. You will manage and motivate our site operatives and subcontractors.

We would expect the successful candidate to have completed the Site Management Safety Training Scheme for the construction and civil engineering studies along with holding a CSCS card to NVQ level 4.
