We specialise in project values up to circa £5 million procured through a mix of traditional tender, design and build, frameworks and negotiated routes.
Our transparent, open-book approach allows us to develop enduring, collaborative partnerships with customers and supply chain partners and to deliver exceptional projects on budget and on time. We are passionate about teamwork and gain an early and comprehensive understanding of customer objectives.
We are highly experienced in of all forms of procurement and promote early contractor involvement to offer risk analysis, design, planning and value engineering. Whether a one-off contract or framework, we deliver maximum value and service excellence.
