We work extensively through long-term framework contracts with Leeds City Council, Methodist Ministers Housing Society as well as major high street names including TK Maxx (through Vinci Facilities), Argos and Homebase (through SSS Management Services), Ladbrokes (through City FM), Vue Cinemas and Cineworld.
We also provide a comprehensive maintenance and minor works service to nearly 1,000 UK petrol station forecourts procured through long-term contracts with major oil retailers such as Esso (through ABB) and BP Oil UK.

Expertise:
Through our operational resources we provide an outstanding integrated national maintenance service providing all the core construction trades: bricklaying, flooring, glazing, joinery, painting and decorating, plastering, plumbing, roofing, signage, tiling, and mechanical and electrical services.
We are highly skilled at working in occupied sites and specialist environments where security and rigorous health and safety procedures are essential. We have significant technical and management expertise in the service station industry and over 100 operatives and subcontractor partners trained to United Kingdom Petroleum Industry Association (UKPIA) approval.
All personnel who attend sites are rigorously trained and audited to ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and standards.

Our National Maintenance Service Desk in Cumbernauld is headed up by Eileen Donnelly who brings a wealth of customer service experience to the operation. Our Service Desk deals with over 12,000 service calls a year and provides 24/7 out of hours support to customers, tracking service calls through to completion.
Our team of advisers provide progress updates on a customer-specific basis using web portals, Excel reporting, email, telephone and other platforms such as Maximo. We offer a truly versatile service which focuses on the individual needs of customers.
