SCI Partnership

SCI Partnership is an innovative procurement business that provides a holistic long-term approach to planning, design, construction and maintenance for community developments throughout the whole life-cycle, made possible by funding through institutional investors via The National Wealth Service, our FSA regulated partner.
SCI Partnership proactively seeks opportunities for cross-subsidy to bring a community dividend to promote the most cost-effective and sustainable solutions. 21C Properties
Strategic Team Group partners with 21C Properties on range of residential developments and more recently on mixed tenure developments working closely with RSLs and funding bodies. Where much needed affordable housing schemes are difficult to finance, working with 21C Properties and social housing landlords, we can provide refurbishment and new build on developments where 21C Properties purchase and market a proportion of the properties for outright sale.
Strategic Team Group and 21C Properties have successfully delivered a number of exciting mixed-tenure schemes for RSLs, providing high-quality, affordable and sustainable homes in rural and urban environments.
