General alterations and refurbishments to unoccupied premises owned by British Transport Police, including the removal of fixtures and fittings, sanitary installations, mechanical and electrical installations, a servery and café frontage, partitioning, suspended ceilings and floor finishes. Plasterboarding and plastering were carried out, and walls and floors prepared for new finishes.

Highlights: The project was completed in a busy environment with the minimum of disruption, on time and to budget.
