New build of 20 affordable flats and houses

Design and build of 20 dwellings. Works included foundations and footings of an Optima closed timber panelled construction to the installation of new kitchens and sanitary ware, plus painting and decorating and the installation of ventilation systems. Externally, works included roadways and pathways to the new build, landscaping, street lighting, ramps, etc.

Highlights

The project was delayed when a significant amount of Roman pottery was discovered, and a watching brief was required for a proportion of the time.
