Construction of 12 general-needs, two bedroom three-person bungalows and one wheelchair bungalow.  Works included site remediation, drainage, access roads, statutory services and hard and soft landscapes.

Highlights:  The project included diversion of 50 metres of adopted sewer which was six metres deep, installation of a three-part stormwater attenuation system and achieved ECO Homes 'very good' rating.
