Construction of six low-energy sustainable residential affordable units using pre-fabricated closed panelled timber system.  Works included site clearance and removal of underground fuel tanks and contaminated soil.

Highlights:  This project is a showcase for 'Low Carbon Building' and achieved ECO Homes excellent rating.  Features include ground source heat pumps and solar photovoltaic panels.
