New build housing project over two sites at Mexborough.

The project provided 21 new homes. The works included all aspects of construction of new build, from site clearance and laying foundations, to construction using Modern Methods of Construction and landscaping of the estate.

Through the use of framework agreements, clients have often taken the opportunity to achieve greater value and enhanced efficiencies by grouping two sites together under one contract. This dual-site project at Mexborough, for South Yorkshire Housing Association, is an excellent example of this practice.
