Facelift of 600 homes

In 2007 we concluded the main phase of a 6-year engagement with Bradford Trident. During this period we carried out improvement works including external refurbishment and minor internal works to over 600 properties in the BD5 area of Bradford to a value of over £10m

Highlights

A successful partnership with the client ha created a better environment for the local community. The project has been locally and nationally acclaimed and was awarded the national NHC Housing project of the Year in 2004, the RICS Best Regeneration Scheme Award in 2005 and was commended by Bradford Vision in 2006.
