We provide a comprehensive maintenance and minor works service on the building fabric of nearly 1000 service stations across the North of England and Scotland. We currently have long-term contracts with many major oil retailers.

Our service provision is both planned and 24/7 reactive. With BP, under the management of Bovis, we offer a comprehensive indemnity contract where we undertake the planned and reactive works under a set yearly budget.

We have significant technical management expertise in the service station industry and over 100 team members and subcontractor partners trained to United Kingdom Petroleum Industry Association (UKPIA) approval. All personnel who attend sites are rigorously trained and audited to ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and standards.
