School refurbishment works and new build extension for Leeds City Council.

Works included masonry works, roof coverings, joinery, mechanical and plumbing installations, electrical installations, internal finishes as well as a new build extension.

Frequently, we are asked to work on buildings which are not only in use at the time, but which are occupied by a vulnerable group – young children. Our ability to manage such situations sensitively, and with rigorous safety procedures, has been essential to our success and reputation in this sector.

Excellent communication, careful planning, high security, flexibility and delivering the project on time, have been key ingredients in winning the hearts and minds of school staff. We have developed a great understanding and capability in this sensitive area.

The completed project was delivered ahead of schedule despite the school being occupied throughout the duration of the project.
