New build of 19 high-specification apartments

The construction of 2 three-storey blocks of 19 apartments. Works included site clearance; removal of contaminated land, petrol storage tanks and rebar foundations (all by specialist contractor); installation of Juliet balconies, intruder alarms and all kitchens and sanitaryware; painting & decorating; parking areas, block paving, tarmac footpaths and landscaping.

Highlights

These were high-specification, fully finished apartments. A unique feature was the installation of a Tubosider storm-water attenuation system.
