Conversion of the fifth floor of an occupied mixed-use Grade II Listed Victorian wharfside warehouse in the heart of York. The scheme created eight unique, contemporary designed, double-height luxury apartments. Each apartment has rooftop views of York Minster and the surrounding city.

Highlights

All the other floors to the site remained occupied and access was achieved externally through mechanical lifts. The scheme utilised stack ventilation and a variety of ‘green’ building services designed to harness renewable energies to create a sustainable and discreet solution to modern urban living.
