This project involved the strip-out and refurbishment of Jefferson House, a 6-storey office block in Park Place, Leeds. The instructions were based on JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractors Design 2005.

The contract involved upgrade and refurbishment of office accommodation including ceilings, partitions, M&E, floor coverings, kitchen units, sanitary ware and decorations.
