We successfully secured a 3-year framework based on partnering principles in 2006 to refurbish and refit LSC offices for England. All instructions are based on JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractors Design 2005.

The contract involves upgrade and refurbishment of office accommodation including ceilings, partitions, M&E, floorcoverings, decorations and soft furnishings. 

Highlights

The majority of work was carried out in occupied premises which required careful planning and co-ordination with phased and out-of-hours work across the respective sites.
