Conversion of warehouse into office accommodation
Included strip-out and minor demolition works, including removal of suspended ceilings, partitions and cladding, plus waste. Fit-out and refurbishment included jumbo stud partitioning, glazed acoustic partitioning, above-ceiling fire barriers, kitchens and bathrooms, flooring, reception area and a suspended ceiling, all joinery works, and painting and decorating.
External works included cladding and glazed windows, plus an extension to the existing bicycle store.
