We have considerable experience in this sector. We regularly carry out refurbishments and fit-outs across the UK on office developments under the project management of all the major property surveying practices as well as consultants and architectural practices.

We have seen strong levels of continuity with many of these practices and believe this is due to the high standard of service we consistently deliver. An increase in STG’s work in this sector is particularly evident with practices whose clients are funded by public expenditure, such as office fit-outs for the Learning and Skills Council and the CPS and all court buildings across Yorkshire, all of these projects managed by DTZ.
