Strategic Team Group (STG), one of the UK's fastest growing suppliers of building and property solutions, has added to its already impress list of accreditations by being accepted as a Federation of Master Builders (FMB) member and achieving National House Building Council (NHBC) registration.

The NHBC is a standard setting body with over 18,000 members who agree to comply with its rules and standards.  It is also the leading warranty and insurance provider for new and newly converted homes in the UK.  As a non-profit distributing organisation the NHBC's purpose is help raise industry standards with regards to new builds and provide consumer protection.

To achieve NHBC accreditation, STG underwent a number of intense site audits whereby the company was visited by NHBC assessors and monitored at various stages of different projects to demonstrate a range of capabilities and skills including brickwork, joinery, drains and roofing. 

As a NHBC member, STG will now be able to validate its guarantee of quality and high standards as these will be in line with NHBC guidelines.  STG will also be able to provide customers with ten year 'Buildmark' warranty and insurance protection.

To become FMB accredited STG underwent a similar process of auditing, providing references and proving itself to be financially viable. The FMB is a trade association set up to protect the interest of building companies; promote them to prospective customers; provide support to aid business development and represent their voice and opinion on major policy issues.
