Previously operations director at Mansell Maintenance, Andrew was nominated for a RICS Outstanding Attainment Award in 1993. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and has extensive experience in quantity surveying, construction and maintenance on projects with values up to £35 million.

Gary has substantial experience in the building industry, particularly in high-quality shopfitting and refurbishment contracts. Prior to the launch of Strategic Team Group, Gary spent five years in contract management, becoming senior account manager for retail and leisure clients with overall responsibility for a 70-strong team and a annual turnover of £4.5 million.

Charles is the senior member of the executive team and has substantial business directorship experience. Formerly MD of Station Maintenance Ltd., and having negotiated a successful sale of the company to Mansell plc, he became MD of Mansell Maintenance prior to joining Strategic Team Group. Charles is also currently a director of several other private limited companies, a non-executive director of Ledtech Ltd. and a governor at an independent primary school in the Wharfe Valley.

His responsibilities at Strategic Team Group include business development, sales and marketing, PR, quality management, customer care and Corporate Responsibility.

He is a keen sports person and played rugby union to county level. He has a low handicap at golf, plays league tennis and maintains an excellent fitness level.

Ian is a qualified accountant and manages the financial operations of Strategic Team Group. Ian has been involved with the founding STG directors since 2000 having been heavily involved in helping to set the company up.

Ian has considerable experience in financial management, having worked in a business advisory capacity with PKF and Beaumonts Chartered Accountants before joining STG.

Stuart has gained a broad experience working with a number of blue-chip organisations including Asda, Esso, BP, Shell and Taylor Woodrow. He has considerable experience in maintenance and small works especially in roofing, general fabric repairs and refurbishments. Stuart is based in Glasgow and heads up the team in Scotland.

Andrew has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. His experience includes maintenance, new build, quality shop-fitting and refurbishment contracts. After working as a joiner for STG, Andrew was promoted to Contracts Manager, and more recently Construction Director. He has managed new build and refurbishment projects from a value of £20k to over £3m, managing site supervisors and a team of over fifty trades people.

Lee is highly experienced in business development and sales within the industry and is instrumental in developing and implementing our strategic plans for customer acquisition and retention. Lee has developed key account management plans for both prospective and existing customers, concentrating on maximising sales and delivering consistent growth across our chosen core markets. He has also made a significant impact in increasing the group's activities geographically, across all our operational offices.
