Thriving construction firm, Strategic Team Group, announces that it has secured a place on the latest framework for public sector construction works across the North West.

Run by Manchester City Council, North West Construction Hub (NWCH) Low Value Framework, enables all local authorities and other public sector organisations inCumbria, Merseyside, Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Cheshire.to deliver construction projects with hub partners. It has been demonstrated that projects, delivered through well managed collaborative arrangements, such as the NWCH, can deliver savings on construction projects, while consistently being delivered on time and within budget.

The framework has been split into twenty lots and Strategic Team Group has been appointed to Merseyside, which will see the firm exposed to new build and refurbishment schemes throughout the region, worth up to £250,000, and ranging from social housing, educational facilities, civic buildings and leisure facilities.
