Strategic Team Group (STG), one of the UK's fastest growing suppliers of building and property solutions, has won a £640K contract with Brunel Family Housing Association for the complete restoration of seven Victorian houses.

The contract will involve converting the houses, which are currently divided into between four and six flats, back to their former status as family occupancy homes.

As part of the contract STG will complete structural and refurbishment works as well as fitting new windows and doors and redecorating each property. The company will utilise the services of Strategic Mechanical and Electrical, one of the group's associate companies, to complete the central re-wiring required by each of the domestic properties.

The contract is part of a project by Brunel Family Housing Association to regenerate its housing stock in the Manningham Lane area of Bradford and create a more balanced community by encouraging families in to the area which is predominantly made up of flats and bed sits. On completion of the conversion the houses will be added to Brunel Family Housing Association's stock and made available for the resettlement of families from other areas.
