In our maintenance operation

  • All our engineers are equipped with hand-held GSM palmtop computers, and can update the status of the job they are working, in real-time, to a remote secure server
  • Clients can access this information at any time, from any computer with an internet connection, through a secure password-protected web portal. All information is completely up-to-date, allowing for instant tracking and appraisal from any location
  • The server is linked directly to our internal management system, allowing jobs to be invoiced quickly with reduced input and less paperwork – providing a seamless, transparent service from conception to completion

On our construction sites

Similarly, our construction site supervisors are now equipped with laptop computers linked to our head office. This enables them to send and receive valuable health and safety information at any time (including the completion of weekly on-site check-lists undertaken before anyone starts work) as well as any important updates with regards to drawings, specifications or pending queries.
