The fit-out/refurbishment of an existing warehouse including sub-division to create three separate warehouse units with office accomodation.  Works included roofing, removal of asbestos, electrical & mechanical, painting & decorating, reconstructing road surfaces and kirbstones and the installation of fire doors and steel barriers.
