With experience of pricing new build and refurbishment projects up to £4m, you will be computer literate and a knowledge of Conquest estimating software is an advantage. You should have recent experience of pricing new build social housing, a knowledge of the Code for Sustainable Homes and be familiar with all aspects of D&B tenders.
