From a start-up business in 2000, Strategic Team Group has grown to become one of the UK’s fastest growing suppliers of building property services in the UK, with a current workforce of over 230 and an annual turnover approaching £40 million.
We provide an integrated approach to construction and property solutions to the public and private sectors. We offer a full range of services to support every stage of the building property cycle including new build, design & build, refurbishments, fit-outs, minor works and maintenance.
Our primary markets include care homes and health care facilities, commercial offices, public sector and education, retail and leisure, residential & mixed-use developments, transport and social & affordable housing. We manage projects with values up to £4 million and cover a geographical area from Scotland and the North of England to the Midlands.
We have a diverse and highly motivated team and are committed to providing them with long-term career opportunities, training and exceptional benefits. Our business has fully adopted the Egan principles for the construction industry and we constantly use innovative solutions and flexibility in our service delivery.
We are also proud to provide much needed support in the wider community, especially for young and disadvantaged people; we are currently committed to raising a minimum of £100k for The Prince of Wales Hospice over a two-year period. The management team have the majority shareholding and we are supported externally by our investor, Barclays Ventures.
