Service Plus is about going the extra mile, attention to detail, consideration to those affected by our work, it’s all about being the best. Service Plus is an initiative that raises the bar and instils pride in everything we do in our ongoing mission to deliver service excellence.
The initiative has grown out of a scheme to make our building sites special by projecting our corporate identity through improved signage and livery, keeping our sites as tidy as possible, improving all our site processes, improving our management of subcontractors and a host of other measures to enhance the customer experience from the start of a project through to handover and beyond.

We encourage site teams to contribute to our ongoing list of Service Plus practices, empowering every team member to make a real difference to our service delivery.
Since its inception, we have broadened the scope of the scheme by introducing incentives to promote Service Plus throughout the whole of the Group – so everyone can contribute to and benefit from better ways of working by consistently Delivering Service Excellence to customers.
